Doctor doesn’t want to help with disabilitybux

Application been rejected so I had to appeal but doctor is very hesitant to help if I get rejected again. Saying I'm still young (24 lol), this path will lead me to have no options in future. Says im intelligent and should try to find part time work and maybe go back to college. Infuriating to say the least, it's obvious I'm impaired, there's no way I can function in society ever again considering how much of a fuckup I am. Even if I might try to fix my life I still need some money to do so and I can't keep a job, no employers want me. Worse still I wanted to go to mental health services to maybe get assessed with ocd or something and get some outpatient care but doesn't want to send me there for some reason.
