Do you guys workout?
My body is in pain because of laying down too much, i cant sit, lay on my back or my stomach, even standing up without feeling pain on my back, i tried doing stretches but it only eases the pain temporarily. I've been telling myself to workout but i never have the motivation to start or keep going.5
