Should I buy a flat now, if yes where?

I have worked in Navi mumbai for 3 years now.. My office is in Nexus Seawoods and I stay in Ulwe. I have been wanting to finally buy my own house.. not big, just a simple 2 bhk.. But not sure where exactly I should, within Navi Mumbai.. Ulwe does not have parks, and in future, for my kids and parents I would want to live in a place with parks.. With airport coming in the picture, I also want to buy a house that goes up in pricing some day. Please suggest!!
