New Millennium Sanpada is not refunding deposit even after 45 days have passed after discharge

I had admitted my father at New Millennium hospital in Sanpada and he was discharged on 5th November. They had taken a deposit of 10K at the time of admission but said they will refund it when they receive the money from Health insurance. I've visited the hospital TPA almost 5 times, multiple calls and they give one or the other excuse every time. On the website of Care, I can see that the claim was paid, but still the hospital management is denying that they haven't received the money. What should I do? Edit: I had a good conversation with him in English this afternoon in a way to assert dominance. I was respectful even this time but I got the money. Thanks for the people in the comment section.
