Nerul-Juhi Greens apartment review

So I would be shifting to Navi Mumbai, due to my new job. I am looking to rent a home. Looking for 3bhk(ikik difficult) Came across this apartment. Juhi greens in Nerul. For those of you who stay in this building or nearby... Can you help me out here. Like give a review of the area- sector 50 Old. Sea woods. Also heard that the apartment faces severe mosquito problems due to sewage dumping nearby. This is honestly my only concern about that apartment. For anyone in and around, please do tell me what you love the most and hate the most in this area. Thanks in advance for helping out.
