Looking to purchase a flat

Hi everyone, I used to live in New Panvel about 5 years ago and am now looking to purchase a 2BHK flat in the Kharghar-Nerul area. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, but most of the options I’m finding in Kharghar are towards the Taloja side. Does anyone have suggestions for good projects or areas within this budget? Or should I consider stretching my budget to find better options?
