Looking for a 1BHK or shared 2BHK near Mahape – Need suggestions!

Hi everyone, I've recently moved to Navi Mumbai for work (office in Mahape) and I'm looking for accommodation. My budget is around ₹20-25k for a 1BHK, but I'm also open to sharing a 2BHK if anyone is looking for a flatmate. I need suggestions on which areas I should focus on for decent and convenient housing. Good connectivity to Mahape is a priority. Also, where should I start searching—are there any brokers, websites, or WhatsApp/Telegram groups you’d recommend?
