Ghansoli property market..

Am I the only one who thinks that property market is super inflated in Ghansoli? Feels like this is super controlled by set of brokers especially who made their base in Sector 8 to 15. Asking rent in all the buildings located on new palm beach road have shot up crazily in the past 3 years...Rental for a normal 600sft flat is quoted at 50k atleast and above and the same sized flat in the secondary is quoted north of 1.8cr....
