Firecrackers at night

Hello, I am from Ghansoli, every night, from about 1 to 2 am, some pieces of shit fire crackers. These are mostly from the Ghansoli Gaon area. Please suggest what can be done for this? Is writing or registering a complaint with NMMC actually going to work? They do this every night, it is an extreme nuisance.
