BSNL network issue

I'm from odisha currently sitting in my train. Currently train is 10kms away from Kalyan station. I'm getting 5g on my jio but no service on BSNL. Will this problem solve on its own or do I need to do something? I get OTPs through this sim and also this number is registered to every official documents.
