Amazon not delivering after notifying "delivered".

I've had this problem like 4 times in the span of 1 months or so. Never got the delivery on the said date and time. I've send them replacement request and poor reviews on delivery. Also, asked a delivery guy why this is happening and he said some other guy does it and it comes right back to me and then he delivers it and people complain the same thing to him too. I'd like to mention that yes upon requesting a replacement you end up with 2 of the same items at the price of one but come on I want my stuff on the promised time ! (I am a prime member too). I've even talked to the customer care and they said they've raised a complaint about all my orders that were delayed. I am sure some of you guys have gone through or going through the same. Have any of you found a solution to this?? Thanks for reading!
