Whatsup with the Akshar El-Castilo?

Heyy I moved to Nerul 2 years back and since then this very differently designed building is catching my eye everytime I pass by. Me being an architect I truly appreciate the design of this building. Today if you see around you almost every building looks the same. But damn just give a look at The El-Castilo, Nerul. Easy spot from the Vashi Bridge as well. To fulfill my curiosity I went on Google to get some info about this. Apparently there's a website that has floor plans of the building. Showing the internal layout. These 4-5&6 bhks are huugeee!! With a expensive tag as well. (20 cr+ for a 6bhk duplex). A weird thing that I noticed about it one day I was passing by on Palm beach, I saw one of the lowest duplex had its windows thrashed! Idk how one can do that it's too high to throw stone there from ground level. Then on YouTube I found a 3-4 yr old video of showcasing the same flat. With windows thrashed. A bare shell unit. But a week back when I saw again the flat was getting renovated. This post has no meaning. I'm curious about this building. That's it. If anyone knows who lives in those expensive units? If anyone has visited the interiors of the building, you are welcome to share your stuff. Thanks 👍🏻
