Urgent advice needed, I got a 1bhk at sector 5 khoparkharne. Rent is 15k but got a algae building view blocking all windows.

I visited a 1bhk today that too it's under construction, flat is 90% done only final tap installation and finishing is remaining and a whole top floor is still being made and even elevator and stairs are work in progress. But it's a very spacious clean house, problem is it got a shit view of a algea building and blocks every window even the building is so close, the building window almost just a feet away and too visible. Also that it's still under construction But price is great, space is great and ticks all my boxes but broker is pressuring me to make a decision quick. He only gave me a hour but I am will reply by morning. He's asking for a token and he has a very small shady office in some shady building. Should I trust the broker and is this still a good deal?? Since its very close to station
