Mumbai's street food is ranked 5th in the world(according to atlas ranking 2024) Problem-There's a gap in street food market. There are no hygienic and standardized options for street food. Idea- Standardization of Mumbai street food. Just like McDonald's standardized american burger, we will standardize the Mumbai street food. Differentiators- Hygienic, premium and unique(flavours, style, variety) What do you think about this Idea. Pls give brutally honest feedback. Is there any actual need in the market.
