New Rules to go up Kharghar Hills via RBI Colony route

To whosoever it may concern, the route to go up Kharghar Hills which starts from RBI Colony has been opened but one can only go up during the morning hours from 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM not after that. The leopard has not been found yet.
