Kharghar Investment in Real estate

Hi Everyone, Can anyone please help me in deciding which sector in kharghar is better for investment? The options that i am looking for are in any of these sectors-27,34,36 Which would be the best for appreciation? I want to buy a flat which will give the best appreciation and is surrounded by good crowd If there are any speficific problems(water, electricity or any other)in any of these sectors please let me know?
