Is sabka dentist any good?

Writing this post for a friend, 20 F. So basically she wants to get her tooth scaling and polishing and since she is a student she doesn't wanna pay high rates that we usually get charged(one of em asked 4k for the same) .. Is sabka dentist good enuf or do y'all know any dentist who can do it good for affordable prices? Thank youu!
