Got scammed by a owner in Ghansoli, didn't return my deposit 😢

First time ever got scammed by an owner in Ghansoli. The owner is not returning the deposit even after more than 300 calls 🤨. I made the mistake of getting not a registered agreement done but the simple stampduty one.
