Fulfil a career goal or a personal goal? Which one would you choose?

Hi, I’m 28 and I have always lived with my family- i won’t say they are toxic but really orthodox; with the curfews and no trips allowed and shaadi pressure now aswell. I have always wanted to move out and live on my own- peace and freedom; however being born and raised here- I always had enough job opportunities in this city and it didn’t really make sense to move out. Given the shaadi pressure increasing from my family with each passing day- I think the most I have is two years and I want to live freely, like travel or explore a new city. I’ve been looking for jobs in other cities but I’ve had no luck- I did land myself a job offer here and now idk if I should stay here and take that offer and forget about moving out because career comes first. Or I wait it out, give up on this offer and stick to this idea that I may find some opportunities as good in another city; jobs are hard to come by so not sure if my personal goal here should be above my career goal. What would you do?
