Documents are stuck with college

Bhai G laagyi the thing I was afraid of has happened.... basically I'm a diploma in Pharmacy student jo course 2 saal ka hota hai lekin mere academics acche nhi the aur gap bhi tha to mene private institute se karwaya jo ki karnataka uni se affiliated hai aur kal mene fees se aur zyada paise dekr bangalore aagya exams dene Now here's where the shit went down....jese hi bangalore me utra bc inlogo(college) ne hostel nhi diya ek 2bhk apartment me 16 logo ko rkha jo ki hum adjust hogye.....ab ye log ek hostel jese room me lekr jarhe hai jahan 8 bunk beds hai aur vahan 30 log ek room me rehne bolrhe hai.... I got mad because I've paid 17k in the name of travelling and staying So I told my friends k mai wapas jarha hu documents leke apne ye log aise hi atka denge muje degree bhi karni hai....then they told me k agr tu aise gya to atka hi denge aur nhi gya to bhi degree nhi karpayega qk ye log license k liye 1 saal lgate hai....mind you mene 1yr ka exam nhi diya tha because of my personal reasons to mai yhn vo dene aaya hu abhi 2nd ka exam next year hoga jo muje chlgya tha lekin fir documents muje 2 saal baad milenge and I won't be able to pursue my degree as a regular student Has anyone went through a similar situation?? Please help!!
