Best residential area/apartment near navi mumbai airport?

Hi all, Me and my wife are exploring the possibility of navi mumbai as our permanent home for the next 10-15 years. We are into aviation and hence our office IS the airport where we would be commuting daily. We are also exploring Ahmedabad and Hyderabad as our other options. Can some of you share your inputs which would help our decision? Thanks in advance.
