Unsold real estate inventory ( Apartments / flat ) in nagpur

How is real estate market in **now** for construction of new project in nagpur ? I heard from someone that there is a lot of inventory (14k +) still unsold in Nagpur ! What do people from Construction / Real estate background folk thinks about this ? Is it advisable to purchase a land for Residential Project of 6000 sq ft - 8000 sq ft land @ cost of 3k Rs per sq ft ? what would be advisable purchase rates in areas like Besa, Manish Nagar ? Can someone please throw a light on this ?
