THIS IS NOT A RANT JUST AN OBSERVATION

So it’s been a year since i have been observing that there is an absurd amount of trash everywhere in nagpur. Specifically the orange cups. People are so negligent towards cleanliness and hygiene. It’s not the cafe’s fault but our responsibility. Is it because we don’t have enough trash bins in the city? Or is it just the casual attitude of citizens?
