Hey everyone, I need to address something deeply troubling happening at **VNIT Nagpur**, an **Institute of National Importance**. A student holding the position of **General Secretary of HB 8** (J.C.BOSE) has been going door-to-door in the hostel, allegedly asking/requesting students to become members of a particular political party (BJP). The most alarming part? They’re reportedly **asking students to share OTPs** as part of this "membership" process.A campus must function as a space for intellectual freedom in which any political party does not recruit members. Educational institutes of national importance must remain neutral spaces. If true, this incident reflects a systemic failure to protect students from manipulation.I urge The administration to **investigate transparently** and take strict action against misuse of power.IF NEEDED I CAN SHARE PROOF IN FUTURE. And just want to ask why the largest political party in the world need to use such poor tactics TO GET MEMBERS.
