need help with wedding shopping

Hello everyone, my cousin is getting engaged in April and we need some suggestions for shopping. So far some have suggested to check out Amravati for traditional quality outfits while some have suggested Pune. Anyone has any prior experience or suggestions for where to shop from? I’m native to Nagpur so I’m more inclined to shop in the city but the options does some limited . Budget is not an issue but at the same time I don’t want to invest in designer stuff which people hardly ever wear after functions. Any help is much appreciated!
