Max mad level driving skills ?

Been observing(post corona)rise in folks driving and riding vehicles as they wish! breaking red lights is just a norm ! Folks driving car's are using cell phones to watch video's all while driving in the middle of the road (mind you ! If you honk or overtake them somehow, they'll give you a stare as if to start a brawl) Worst ones are those coming from the wrong side and that too would drive alongside the road divider coming head-on 😤 Are people really that illiterate or something fundamentally wrong in their upbringing and morals ? 🤔
