What you think of this signpost digital hoarding at Shankar nagar square?

I think it’s really awesome. Looks high tech and gives a Morden look to our city. Just don’t understand, what’s happening behind the board? I believe there’s a school “Sarasvati Vidyalay” they didn’t oppose?
