Terrible experience at Enrise by Sayaji

A relative recently hosted his kids birthday party at the banquet hall of Enrise by Sayaji. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. First of all, for every minor request, query or question, they say they need to talk to the corporate office. It's as if the staff here have absolutely no powers. We needed a room for changing etc, for 2 hours and they charged half day rent for it. Secondly, its food is highly overrated. Chef suggested some items which turned out absolutely tasteless and you get better taste at local tapris. Lastly, their vendors, specially decoration guy is just a goon if not an out and out criminal. He charged 15k and installed just two arcs of balloons on the stage. Literally NOTHING else, just two arcs. Even the hotel manager told us to send a complaint to their HQ as he did a shoddy job (his exact words). The guy was completely unreachable during the entire event day and then called us back when we refused to pay for the decoration. On the call, he was totally abusive threatening us to send goons at our address to get his money. The complete event was ruined. Parents of the kids were in tears with fear and anguish all around. We have written to their HQ as well but not sure anything would happen. Please take this as a warning if someone is considering this place. Stay away. I personally had an excellent experience at Hotel Nagpur Ashok as well as Tuli Imperial.
