Seva Automotive (Amravati Road) - Broken Headlight - Suggest Action?

So I serviced my Ciaz car at Seva Automotive (Amravati road). I availed the pickup and drop service facility. Upon receiving the delivery - I noticed that the right headlight is not working. I called the engineer (Dinesh Nandurkar) back and he said "It was already non functional". I asked if it was broken, why didn't you fix it OR inform me? He had no reply. He's promised to send the roadside assistance vehicle to check; but isn't picking up the phone. I've a trip planned out of station and it'd be dangerous to drive without one headlight functional. Does anyone know top manager / senior at Seva who can get this sorted?
