My brother can't choose between IGNOU and LPU for BCA distance learning.

qualifications: 10+2 So my younger brother wants to pursue a degree. But he is also doing a job WFH. He wants to pursue degree while working. He is got to know abt LPU's course from College Vidya (which I prefer). But he says IGNOU is affordable.
