Looking to invest in farm land within 100km of nagpur

Hi, I am from nagpur but working in bangalore. I am planning to move back to nagpur in next 5 years and get into farming (no agriculture background) I am looking to buy 20-25 acres farm land near nagpur , within 100-125 km range ( 3-5 lacs per acre max) Do you think it makes sense now to invest in Fram land instead of residential land/flat in nagpur? I am open for all kind of inputs.
