Looking for a UI UX designer

Greetings guys ! Me and my team are working on a clothing brand launch. We have web developers creating website for us and we need a UI designer. The thing is, we ourselves are doing it for the first time, tho according our r&a team, we can expect a increase in sales after 3-4 months of launch. But till that, it's all just a risk. We need someone as passionate as we are regarding this project and someone to consider its their own. No doubt we'll be paying whatever it costs for the basics, but we'd love if you're taking the risk with us.
