Desperately need help

Laptop warranty ran out, facing device power state failure, pc doesn't even properly boot to windows 11 ubuntu works fine. I've wasted literal months trying to fix it, please suggest good repair shops that won't scam me. I'm a student can't afford much tbh. And surprisingly reddit and YouTube tech support didn't help, I've been through loads of tutorials. For anyone who's going to suggest any tips that worked for them, My laptop is Victus 15 i5 13500h RTX 4050 And please don't suggest any methods that require installing a software or anything that needs to be downloaded as my pc throws the BSOD as soon as I try to do anything with it after login, like browser doesn't work properly, or taskmanager, then pointer stops, after sometime even keyboard doesn't give input, then the BSOD appears, I desperately need help, please help I have my exams coming up and also I need to play games on it which I miss.
