Are there any 1bhk house or flat on rent in Nagpur in the price range of 5-6k per month

My parents have been trying to shift their house for so long and we don't know how to actually look anymore, we really need to shift from their current place because their landlords have become a headache, charging sooo much and not even providing any kind of good service, there's so much plumbing issues and lot's of other issues, please if anyone knows something or knows where we can look or provide any kind information, we'll be really grateful. We're trying to find a place near bahadurafata area or even besa area works. We can't really afford more that 6k per month, if anyone knows something, which can be under our budget, please i will be very grateful 🙏
