Volunteers for NGO based in Mysore ; TLDR

Hi all, I’m part of an NGO working with marginalized communities, and we’re looking to expand our operations. Working for us spans across various areas like fundraising, development work, record-keeping, fieldwork, and ground reporting. Currently, we’re focusing on two key projects and are seeking passionate individuals to collaborate and volunteer with us. 1. Supporting Students with Learning Disabilities: This project aims to identify students with learning disabilities within marginalized communities and government schools. We focus on understanding their unique needs and providing accommodations to help them thrive in the classroom. The goal is to create a more inclusive learning environment by addressing their challenges and integrating them into the broader student community. 2. Legal Aid for Marginalized Communities in Mysore: This project is about understanding the legal challenges faced by marginalized communities in Mysore and identifying where legal aid can make a meaningful impact. We aim to bridge the gap between communities and the legal resources they need, offering support and interventions where they’re most needed. We’re looking for volunteers who are passionate about social justice, educational equity, and making a tangible difference. This isn’t limited to any specific group—whether you’re a student, psychologist, lawyer, law student, psychology student, or even an engineering student, if you’re interested in contributing to these causes, we’d love to have you onboard.
