best home renovator / interior designer

im looking to renovate a old house. i need a good engineer / interior designer company who can do all works like kitchen, bathroom, paint, eletcric, masonry etc, i consulted few modular kitchen firms but thy r saying thy will only do woodwork. we have to find our own plumber carpenter etc, is there any gud all in 1 home solutions who will appoint a manager who will look after all workers and bring goods etc. i have good design ideas, i collcted frm ytube, i can make sketches and 3d design also. but i cant find skilled workers who will do work in reasonable price. plz share ur experience if u have constructed a new home or renovated or did modular kitchen. bcz we dont have alternative place to live. so we have to survive without kitchen till work is complete
