internship bagge

Hi friends, I'm studying for a diploma in mechanical engineering (6th semester) and doing an internship at a company in Mysore. However, I’m not learning anything that improves my skills. I've completed one month, but three months are still left. I don't think I can continue since they are not paying well, and the PG food is also bad. Do you guys know any way to get an internship certificate without actually doing an internship?
