Inhumane neighbours (rant)

So i have this neighbour (or rather a neighbouring family), who have been a nuisance to the entire surrounding homes. Unluckily, my room is placed in a corner of our house, which is right in front of the neighbour's front door and parking area. And this is where the problem begins. Problem starts every afternoon and night at around 9.30pm, when the mother of the family, comes back home from her office in her car, and fucking honks multiple times starting from three houses away, until her kids come out of the home to open the fucking gates and the main door. They don't even bother having a door bell for some reason (why would somebody do that?) and it is ultimately the entire surrounding homes, and me especially who has to suffer this fuckery. Things get worse at night, when that pig parks the car inside her home, only to honk multiple times, until it's piglets come out to open the front door. Neighbour not having a door bell is none fucking business, but being an absolute inhumane pig in this regard, is something that has caused a lot of trouble to me. Yes I tried to sort this out with that pig on multiple occasions ever since we moved in. The pig maxxed out at end of last dec when it fucking honked 14 times in front of its house (which is right beside my fucking room), and it didn't give a damn about it. Things settled down after out of frustration, I badly sweared at her from inside my room and the pig possibly heard it. Respectful humans are have self respect, and care about what the ppl surrounding her have to say. Trust me when I say that the pig is an ayurvedic doctor. Yet, it previously used to throw away it's garbage in front of our home. When confronted, it would even refuse to speak to us. When i tried to confront to it about the noise being created when it 'wishes to be served by it's kids', it brushed off saying that it really shouldn't matter, as nobody is sleeping when it honks. Their house somehow behaves like an echo chamber, as they didn't bother to leave any amount of gap between the edge of their rcc and our home's building. Now imagine receiving 3+ honks almost everyday, and most of the sound echoing right into my room. It's nothing less than a torture chamber to me, whenever this pig arrives back to its pen. Trust me, this has been happening since more than a year now. And i have no clue regarding if I can report this to the police or anybody else. Wait for part 2, where I shall describe the reason why there are soo many streetdogs in our street, and how they attack every single pedestrian or vehicle that moves through the street.
