A Quick question

Hey! I'm looking for wired floral stems which can be used in preparation of artificial flowers and crochet flowers. I'm lost and don't know where to find them.. I found them in online but the quantity is too much and I just need around 10-15 I also want to buy cellophane sheet which can be used to wrap flowers Can anyone please help me to find it outside? I have attached pictures for reference
