Social Responsibility Activities for College Academic Credits.

I am in my last semester and it's mandatory in my college to get 2 credits(I have only one) for social work like tree plantation, blood donation, cleanliness drive etc. And certificate of participation is required as a proof. How to participate in such activities which provide certificate for the same? Thankyou.
