Secret Santa Gift to my Super Boss

I work in BFSI. I picked up the chit and it was my boss. He is at a very senior position (3 level below MD). To quickly describe him, he is around 45 yo, Maharashtrian, very good with numbers, doesn't drink, very sharp memory, frequently travels and have collected rocks from different rivers across India. He is mostly serious, when in office. He knows me well and I have good rapport with him. I don't know what should I buy for him as his secret santa gift. Budget is around 3k.
