Just recieved a message on my india number I am been fined Maharashtra Traffic Police DL:MH0220230021299 Impounded Echallan No. MBYCM25000120162 Pay by 19-01-25 if not, case will be sent to court. Pay online: https://mahatrafficechallan.gov.in/payechallan/PaymentService.htm MHPECH Just want to clear that i am not in india how i can get this fine is someone using my driving license copy or its just a scam
