Renting out a flat in Ghatkopar

Hello, so my family has bought a flat in ghatkopar (damodar park) and we have been trying to rent it out since past one year and nothing seems to be working (all the apps , estate agents) , we are getting leads but something or the other prevents it from happening :( So if you know somebody who wants to rent out!
