Renting a 2bhk near Andheri(east or west).

Hello All, I am planning to shift from Gurgaon to Mumbai, my office is in Andheri(not sure east or west). I want to get a spacious 2bhk within a budget of 70k. I have 2 dogs one of which is a husky(small haired to suit Indian climate) which I provide air conditioning 24/7 hence would need good space for them too. Asking because I am moving from Gurgaon where I pay 40k for a 3500 Sq ft house which provides ample space for my two dogs to play. I know that in Mumbai even 800 Sq ft would be good. Please suggest any good places where trained dogs would not be a problem to people putting there nose in my business.
