Please suggest me a good reliable Tattoo parlor. 2x2inches

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a tattoo on my forearm. I'm new to Mumbai so I'm not that aware of places. Please suggest me a few good parlors. I can spend max 3k for the 2x2 inch tattoo. The tattoo I want to get needs fine lines and details. I've uploaded the image for reference:) I live near Santacruz West but I don't mind travelling ~20km or even more for a good experience.
