Never gonna use again Zepto

So, This is about today I was super hungry at Night so I ordered 3 item And made payment at 12.53 am and gone outside house to thinking abhi 5 min me to aajayega I waited 10 min then other 5 when it's already 17 min done I messaged to customer support team Then they start apologise and sorry about that still I understand they give me time and I waited again that time still not received....I called delivery partner he is also not receiving call I Got super frustrated And started yelling on customer support They showing another time and vice versa They trying to buy my frustrated mental health with 50 rupees compensation I said okay give and then I said when I receive my order they gave another time again I waited and guess what not received any delivery call Then I m totally done You can see chats with customer executive I was already hungry and got this shiit Then they showing me mercy with 100 rupees compensation wow so much amount You fu**king guys just break someone hope and break a customer relationship Still not received my order it's been 2 hour that what zepto 10 min delivery haha Keep my money zepto management I don't want refund you much needed with this kind of activity So be Aware if you want this type of Mental Trauma when you are hungry too Thank you (Sry for my bad english)
