My friend who was forced to be a housewife is now looking for work. Nothing comes to mind..

Looking for suggestions here or helping someone get started. My friend graduated with me and was married off immediately. Her husband and in laws didn't allow her to work. It has been more than a decade now and she needs to get back to work for financial reasons. She doesn't have the money to invest in any sort of further education to get placed but I was thinking of sponsoring her if need be.. She is a BE in IT. Does anyone have any suggestions? Mlm folks pls stay away. P.s. anyone who has done those internshala courses?
