Mumbai trip with seniors

I’m planning to take a trip to Mumbai with Father who needs a wheelchair and can’t walk that much Can someone suggest places where I can take him ? My plan - 1. Siddhi Vinayak on a Monday early morning to avoid any rush . Like 630 am . Looks like there is a ticket online too. Monday seems good with less rush. 2. Gateway of India and marine - go around only via taxi and not really stop. Is it even possible to just drive through? 4. Would like to treat him to the famous vada pav in a beach. Which one can I take him to which might have some seating ? 5. Any good restaurants with sea view with less steps near to the above areas.(Moderate prices , not 5k for chai types) 6. Where else can I take him ?
