Looking for a job in BPO (Need Recommendations)

Hey everyone, I live in virar and have over 2 years of working experience in BPO right after completing my graduation (was an agent for tv wifi company) so I have an experience in sales and retentions. I am looking for a good BPO job that either offers a solid base salary or great incentives. Ik BPOs have a bad rep but financial stability is really important to me right now, and I know that the right BPO role can provide that. If anyone has recommendations for companies that pay well or offer great incentive structures, I’d really appreciate the help! Thanks in advance.
