Looking for a Job in HR in Mumbai with 2 yrs experience + 5 yrs in operation in the same company.

So basically I started working as an HR in 2018 for 2 yrs, then covid happened and i got promoted to a different position (in retail) in the same company, after working for 5 years i realised that i enjoyed my previous de designation and would like to continue in the same filed. Retail is not for me, no work life balance, nothing for you except money and it's not justifying signing away my 20s for a job where i am not even happy. Ps: I have not done MBA (can't afford) or any relevant course (considering), is it going to effect my job hunt? Any suggestion are welcomed....
